The position
You will develop skills and experience becoming a Company change agent across Company dealers based in AME region.
You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and expertise across strategy and profitability to process improvements, and customer experience.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
Company offers the successful candidate a tailored development program made of rotational assignments designed to expand a broad experience base.
This will give candidate exposure and involvement in process development and implementation whilst engaging in multi-functional projects related to Technology/Digital development, Parts, Service and Sales Operations.
As part of the induction successful candidates will have 21⁄2 months Company Training, most likely in another location (depending on current travel restrictions).
After successful completion of the development program candidate will transition into a role in a District office (current office locations Abidjan) where you will be responsible for driving dealer strategical alignment in the areas of Services, Customer Experience within product support, parts operations and repair processes. In this role, you will be working with key Company dealers, supported by the regional-based teams and experts.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Engineering Degree or technical related Degree, Business degree with technical specialization or Industrial technology
- Open to travel in Africa for dealer support (up to 50% of the time)
- Available to work in Abidjan, Ivory Coast
- Globally mobile within the region (current office locations Dubai, Johannesburg, Abidjan)
- Project management skills
- Fluent spoken and written English and French
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a relevant industry ideally: Repair of products and / or Customer facing around technical products
- A positive and entrepreneurial spirit.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
- Experience or some education in the USA/Europe/Asia
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership and influencing skills and ability to
